The Summer Solstice is the longest day and the shortest night of the year. The Sun is at its highest position in the sky. It tends to stir our inner fires, accelerates our movements, and gives us opportunities to shed bodily toxins.
Take part in any of 3 offerings to properly and gently transition into this season that reminds us of the passionate, purifying qualities of summer.
** All who attend the at-home portion will receive a PDF of Solstice-centered content created by Heather Drew. This is made up of short readings and reflections, writing/meditation prompts, and guided embodiment practices for each day. These are available for the participant’s self-nourishment and can be completed (or not) at their individual pace and comfort level. ❤️
Payment will be via Venmo, PayPal, or cash
No one will be turned away due to a lack of funds. A discounted rate will be provided for anyone with financial hardship.

Life is happening all around us, whether or not we are paying attention. What if we dared participate more? What if we took more risks? What would we find? What would find us?
Come join us for this spring retreat as we take the heart, mind, body, and spirit on a journey of participation. Enjoy an all-levels, nourishing Yoga practice centered on detoxing and opening the body after winter; reflection and journaling; tuning attention; laughter; tea; light fare; and more. This time my friend Caleb W. Cliff joins us with his embodied wisdom!
[Note: the Winter of Listening Retreat sold out and there was a long waiting list. Do not wait until the last minute to register!]
Required materials: Comfortable yoga-appropriate clothing (layers are very important as the temperature will fluctuate at different times); water bottle; a journal / notebook; a pen or pencil; an open willingness to listen to your Self; and a willingness to say "yes" to participation with some of the things that are waiting for you.
Optional materials: Yoga mat (extra mats will be available).
As the holidays end and we curl in for three months of hibernation, offer yourself some space to go internal and begin to listen.
The intention of this 3.5 hour gathering is to honor the quieter, stiller spaces of the winter season. We will take an appreciative pause to listen and reflect on what the heart, mind, body, and spirit want to say. Enjoy a very light, all-levels, nourishing Yoga practice centered on heart-opening; meditative reflection; journaling; intention-setting; tea; a light winter's lunch; and more.
